Previously Pamela held several roles supporting NASA as a Fire Protection and Safety Engineer at the Johnson Space Center, a Fire Protection and Systems Safety Engineer supporting rocket propulsion testing at the Stennis Space Center, and the Safety and Mission Assurance Manager supporting facilities and space flight hardware testing and certification at the NASA White Sands Test Facility.

Pamela moved from the aerospace industry to support oil and gas, including managing a diverse team of HSE resources in response to the BP Horizon incident. She then went on to serve as a Regional HSE Manager supporting vertical and horizontal construction for a global engineering and construction firm.
