He has over 35 years of experience in power, energy, and tech industry R&D, environmental risk, resiliency, and sustainability, enterprise data solutions, and ESG management consulting for critical infrastructure companies. For the past decade, Jim has served as co-chair of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group Energy & Environment Policy Committees, engaged with leading global technology leaders, utilities, and regulatory agencies on State, Federal, and international energy policy and climate change mitigation, adaptation, and resiliency strategies.
