Amy Marks is the SVP, Innovation at Compass Datacenters. Compass builds hyper scale and cloud data centers tailored to customers’ needs. Delivering dedicated buildings and campuses through a tightly coupled supply chain and customer-centric network. The innovation team focuses on Industrialized Construction, Sustainability, Technology, and worker-centric initiatives including safety, diversity & inclusion, and mental health.

Amy defined the language, process and frameworks adopted by companies, universities and countries reflecting the convergence of Design-Make-Operate models. She pioneered a path as the world’s preeminent prefabrication consultant and is often called the Queen of Prefab – creating the first prefabrication consultancy. She champions the integration of sustainable, transformational, and innovative methods. She has strong relationships globally with many owners, architects and engineers, and supply chain partners and is the chairman and ambassador of the Advancing Prefabrication show.

Ms. Marks is committed to using her experience, thought leadership and high-profile within the construction industry to promote participation, innovation and advancement across all industry segments. She brings critical attention to attracting a diverse talent pool and tirelessly educates about inclusion to bring new perspectives and skill sets into the industry. She is a passionate speaker on improving business results through increased diversity in thought. A graduate of UF and an alumna of Harvard Business School, Amy is mom to her daughter Mackenzie, and an avid sports fan having played competitive rugby for almost 15 years. She volunteers as the Chair of Corporate Partnership and Fundraising for the US Women’s Rugby Foundation.
