David M. Richards, RCDD, NTS, OSP, TECH, CT, is the Quality and Training Manager for Global Solutions Integration at Black Box. With 35 years of experience in ICT, he has held roles in product management, construction, operations, training, and QA/QC audits. A BICSI Master Instructor and Certified Trainer since 2000, Richards has also been a strong advocate for BICSI members, founding the annual BICSI Cabling Skills Challenge and currently serving as the BICSI Board President.
