Les Dunkley is a founding partner of TLM Group LLC and has over 35 years of experience in the design and construction of data centers and mission critical infrastructure.
Les attended WPI and NYIT for his engineering degrees and spends his time between the TLM Group New York and West Coast offices. He has been a part of data center development in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Iceland, LATAM, EMEA and the Nordics. Les is fluent in Spanish and has most recently led the TLM team in several mission critical projects in Mexico and Latin America.
He has served as Head of Data Center Engineering and Support at Merrill Lynch to Senior Vice President and Head of Premises and Services in the Americas for NatWest Markets to becoming a founding member of the TLM Group, LLC.
