Rich has been directly involved in the design and operations of data centers for more than 35 years. With a strong background in facilities operations, Rich currently applies his expertise to the design of complex data center constructions, such as the live upgrade of Citigroup’s New York headquarters, enterprise data center, and trading facility in New York City. He has also designed several large-scale multi-building developments, including Brookfield’s complex at Manhattan West and the Baha Mar Resort. Rich has served on the Executive Committee and as Chair of ACEC New York.
