Richard is a General Manager with Infrastructure Ontario based out of Guelph, Ontario Canada and is responsible for the Ontario Government portfolio. Richard oversees the CBRE contract for a portfolio of approximately 8 million square feet including various Flag Ship Government Office Towers. On behalf of Infrastructure Ontario, Richard is the lead for all Critical Environments managed by CBRE. The Critical Environments include Ontario Government Data Centers, 911 Call Centers, Police Headquarters and Centers of Forensic Science. He has over 20 years experience in the fields of Asset Management, Project Management, Building Operations and Critical Environments.
