Jim has provided oversight on a multitude of projects levels in the data center project sector, including mission critical engineering / IT applications, systems analysis, renewable/MEP/power systems engineering, control-automation systems engineering, programming, cost engineering, project management, preconstruction, and commissioning. He has more than 27 years’ experience, with more than 1,270,000 SF of data center facility whitespace delivered Over the past five years, he has also worked as an automation-controls systems software consultant / developer, with project activity that focuses on blockchain-based cybersecurity applications for the automotive, aerospace and data center industries. He is currently working on a prototypical Blockchain security overlay for data center infrastructure management (DCIM). He has a Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University (Pittsburgh, PA), and served in the U.S. Army, with expertise in Signal Intelligence.
