As Global Data Center Facilities Operations Director, James Swensen has spent the last six years building the operations teams that manage Facebook’s data center facilities infrastructure. He currently leads the team responsible for new site start up and data center quality. James’ teams secure and operate the equipment that helps Facebook bring the world closer together. Prior to joining Facebook, his impressive career in mission critical facilities includes leading facilities organizations at McKinstry, HK Systems, and Convergys.
