7×24 Exchange International (“us,” “we,” or “our”) operates conferences.7x24exchange.org (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site, and our compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This Privacy Statement does not extend to 7x24 Exchange International Chapters, other groups affiliated with 7x24 Exchange International, or their websites.
In keeping with 7×24 Exchanges MO (modus operandi), the site assures that:
With the exception of certain third-party “Service Providers” we use to process data, conduct credit card and conduct financial transactions, provide backup or hosting services, and similar operational tasks, and notwithstanding limited sharing of details with conference attendees (name and company) detailed below, We will never share membership or other information we collect and store about you without your prior approval except where we are bound by law to do so.
We will take every reasonable effort to assure information sent to/entered into our site is secure.
We may at times send communications/make mailings to 7×24 Exchange members/site participants on behalf of vendors and other members. However, we will never identify responses with individuals without their prior approval.
Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

As a condition of attending our conferences, webinars, or other events, we may share your personal name and company name and contact information with other conference registrants and/or sponsors through an online and/or printed “Attendee List.” If you are an attendee of our events and wish to be excluded from the attendee list, please contact us during the registration process.
Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
All application/registration forms and web pages on the 7×24 Exchange International website are SSL secured. Redundant firewalls are in place around the entire network and custom monitors have been set up for intrusion detection. Additionally, some data, such as usernames and passwords, are encrypted in the database. Only those with proper access credentials can decipher these data.
