Rhett Bailey leads the Mission Critical division for Truist Financial, a Fortune 200 financial services holding company. Rhett has over 20 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate with over 17 years in the Data Center and Mission Critical industry; his team also supports the carbon footprint reduction roadmap aligning with Truist’s corporate sustainability goals. Rhett holds a degree in Construction Management, an MBA from East Carolina University and Wake Forest School of Banking. Rhett is a board member of the 7 X 24 Exchange Carolinas Chapter, LEED Accredited, and holds various industry licenses. He is also active in various civic and environmental non-profit organizations and lives in Raleigh, NC.
