Laura Nofziger is a Data Center Campus Facility Director for Facility Operations at Meta, where she focuses on the safe and reliable operations and maintenance of the electrical and mechanical controls and building infrastructure at the Prineville Data Center in Oregon. Prior to the Facility Director role at Meta, Laura previously served as the Managing Director of AltaRock Energy, a geothermal technology company pursuing innovations in enhanced and supercritical energy systems. Prior to AltaRock, Laura was the Production Manager for Eni Petroleum at the Nikaitchuq facility in Alaska. Her responsibilities included the management of operations activities, including well performance, crude processing plant performance, maintenance activities, production team staffing, and financial and strategic planning of an asset in the Arctic. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
