Vince is an innovator and successful entrepreneur whose skills span decades of success and cutting-edge innovation. He is focused on delivering private, secure, and compliant trust framework solutions to health care, social care, and finance entities.

Vince’s background is primarily as an enterprise CIO; however, his roots lie in software engineering. Vince is a dedicated private pilot, technology mentor to young people, community activist, parent, and grandparent.

In his past experiences, Vince was CIO of ISFA/INVEST, where he deployed 20,000 terminals to S&Ls on behalf of the Resolution Trust Company during the S&L crisis. He was also Global Director of technology for R. P. Scherer Corporation (now Catalent/Cardinal), managing global pharmaceutical manufacturing for 21 plants in 13 countries. He is a process manufacturing ERP expert who founded, organized, and eventually sold a national Oracle-based consulting company servicing a dozen Fortune 50 process manufacturing companies.

Vince has extensive in the payments sector in helping build GratisCard Technologies as its chief Architect and CIO. Vince managed the transition of GratisCard to Revolution Money in partnership with Steve Case and the eventual sale to American Express as the Serve platform, which powers Walmart’s Bluebird card. Vince has many years of experience servicing hospitals and payers as a senior partner in owning, building, and deploying the technology platform powering Amplefi, which serviced over 100 health and insurance clients. Vince is an expert in increasing throughput across constrained resources.

Vince is currently acting as Chief Technology Officer for several international companies, all driving innovative, cause-based use cases for blockchain. He is passionate about driving trust frameworks that support critical thinking.

Vince is a firm believer and active participant in industry alliances. He founded the Oracle Process Manufacturer’s Users Group (ERP) and the i2 Technologies Rhythm Users Group (ERP). Vince is a Board Member of DirectTrust; the organization chartered with the secure exchange of health information presently processing billions of messages annually. He leads the DirectTrust Standards Development Board, manages the development of multiple ANSI standards, is Co-Chair of the Trusted Instant Messaging Consensus Body, and leads the Innovations Priorities Workgroup.

On a personal front, Vince co-founded the Green Armada Foundation, which was People Magazine’s Environmental Heroes of the Year in 2007. As a seaplane-rated private pilot, Vince has helped form a new local chapter for the Experimental Aircraft Association to bring young people closer to aviation, particularly regarding our waterways. Vince is also co-founder and CEO of OneNeighborhoodAmerica (ONA), a not-for-profit providing navigation services to the SMB market. ONA is vital to the local Tampa Bay team, returning $50M in government aid to small businesses in COVID-related disaster relief.
