Jason Tugman has spent much of his career (attempting) to quantify cyber risk, and he has led the development of many U.S. and international cyber standards. Most notably, Jason developed an assessment and metrics aggregation tool for a 300m Lloyds of London cyber insurance line slip for U.S. critical infrastructure assessing well over 3bn in cyber liability. Jason established the data compatibility working group for the DOEs Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model version 2.0 update (C2M2v2) and was on the founding architecture team for API 1164 Pipeline Security Standard. Jason is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
