As the Department Manager for our Technology Practice Group, Joe is in charge of guiding the design, staffing, QAQC, and business development. His area of expertise lies in the strategy, planning, design, documentation, and specification of outside plant, telecommunications, security, building technology systems, and infrastructure. Joe’s project experience concentrates on the hyperscale, MTDC, co-location, and edge data centers higher ed, commercial, high-rise, and healthcare markets. Joe has presented nationally over the last 15 years at BICSI, NECA, AFCOM, and ACUTA (organization dissolved in 2017), as well as conduct lectures in local engineering university.
