David is a Managing Principal responsible for the strategic direction and operations of DLB Associates. He has spent the last 25 years working in various capacities within the mission critical industry with a wide range of roles and responsibilities. David is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in over 45 states, Certified Energy Manager, and LEED Accredited Professional. He’s served as the past Chair of ASHRAE TC9.9 and is a current voting member of the technical committee.
